NEW FOR 2026: 

Coaches:  Berliner Park and the City of Columbus has mandated us to Collect and Pre-Pay a Team Gate Fee of $245 per Team. 

This is new in 2026 and will help alleviate traffic jams at the Gate as People enter the Park.

All Coaches, Parents, and interested Guests will be allowed entry with no payment required.

11U DIII and Open Divisions

FIVE TOOL ALWAYS OFFERS CLASS PLAY AT THE STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS

*  4 GAME FORMAT  * 

Team Requirements:   You MUST Play in 2 Five Tool Youth Events to participate in the Ohio State Tournament.

If you play in a Sanctioned Five Tool Youth League ( i.e., COYBL, NEOBL, NWOABL, OPL, or SSBL ), you MUST Play in 1 Five Tool Youth Event

** As always, if your team was scheduled to play in events in order to meet the requirement to participate that were canceled for ANY reason, those events will still count toward the requirement to participate. As this was no fault of your own. **

You must have a paid 2026 Five Tool Membership Fee, Valid Team Insurance (Five Tool listed as additional insured), and Roster Online (with all players being parent approved) to play in this event!

All teams will play at least one game on Thursday! ALL teams must be ready to play Thursday at 8am

Deadline to Petition Reclassification is Saturday May 30, 2026

Rosters are frozen to any changes/additions, deletions and or updates after – Tuesday, June 16th 9:00pm. Do not try to add players at check in.

Birth Certificates for ALL players will need to be shown at Check-In.

Players do NOT need to be present at check in.

A manager or team representative is waiving all rights to protest and or question tournament officials if they do not check in or attend the manager meeting. We will not be responsible for a team and its coaches if they mis-understand or mis-interpret a rule and are in violation of any rule that penalizes their team or a player.

Official Schedules will be available online at www.fivetoolyouth.org no later than Sunday, June 8th by 6:00 pm.

Entry Fee is Due by Friday March 1, 2026! (if you are already entered) - There is a waiting list as this event is SOLD OUT!!!!!
