Pitcher Only – LATE CHECK IN @ 1:00

• 9:00 – 9:20 – Introductions, Run, Stretch 
• 9:25 – 11:30 – Testing Groups/Instruction (60s, Defensive Velos, & Athletic Performance)
• 11:40 – 1:40 – BP & Exit Velos 
• 1:50 – End – Pitcher Bullpens
