Event Description

This McNeese Volley Mania event is hosted at the McNeese Recreation Center, Ward 3 and other venues in Lake Charles, Louisiana, with both GIRLS AND BOYS divisions! 

Tournament Format: Pool Play Saturday - Bracket Play Sunday

Awards: Medals for Champions & Finalists teams

Roster Rules: Rosters are required to be submitted online in your team account no later than the day prior to the start of the event. Coaches will NOT be required to present their team's roster at the start of each match but will certify a printed version of their 2D submitted roster upon check in and receive a wristband.  For assistance with rosters, please contact [email protected]
 

[CASHLESS GATE] Our cashless system provides a more secure transaction and experience for both the customer and staff. Gate fees are $12/day General Admission, 20% Discount $9/day Senior/Military (ID)  and 10 and under free. Tickets bought at one location will be accepted at all locations for that day only. Coaches will sign in at the gate and receive a wristband for the weekend.

 SCHEDULE REQUESTS

Schedule requests will not be accepted via phone, text or email.  Schedule requests can only be made HERE. Please note the following:

• Schedule Requests must be submitted at least 1 week prior to the start of the tournament
• Any requests made within 1 week of the event may NOT be approved
• We will do our best to accommodate all schedule requests but there is no guarantee a request will be met
• Unless an emergency arises with the event, schedules will not be changed once released.
• Only one schedule request allowed per team

POG: After each game, ONE player from the winning team will be chosen by the club coach/admin as the Player of the Game. All POGs should be sent to the front gate after the match for photos.
