Tournament Information

Expected Start Times: 

• 16u & 17u games will begin Tuesday (6/16) @ 8 AM
• 15u games will begin Friday (6/19) @ 8 AM
• 13u & 14u games will begin Friday (6/19) @ 8 AM

The event was originally built in 2006 to create an event catered towards  player exposure. The Midwest Prospect League is a round robin with no champion (there will be bracket play for 13u, 14u and 15u divisions). This weekend is built for players to showcase their talents in front of colleges. In 2024 & 2025, the event saw roughly 200 college schools/coaches, with numerous power 5 conferences in attendance.

* This event is an Invite-Only. Invites will not be issued until the end of October. We will let all teams know by December 15, 2025 if you have been accepted.

Game Guarantee: 5 Games (4 Game Guarantee for 13u & 14u)

Tournament Format: Round Robin (16u and 17u) OR Bracket Play (13u, 14u and 15u)

Expected Number of Teams: 200+

Expected Start Times 16u & 17u: June 16th - June 19th (Games will begin Tuesday @ 8am)

Expected Start Times for 15u: June 19th - June 22nd (Games will begin Friday @ 8am)

Expected Start Times for 13u & 14u: June 19th - June 21st (Games will begin Friday @ 8am)

Passes must be worn on wrist!

• Ages 7-12 (ages 6 & under are FREE)
• Ages 65+
• Military/First Responders (valid ID needed)

**Gate fees are non refundable. Bullpen Tournaments will do everything we can to play all scheduled games.

With a total of 26 turf diamonds: 8 full synthetic turf fields with lights, 18 diamonds with full turf infields and grass outfields, 14 batting cages on-site, 4 concession stands, and covered dugouts and bleachers at every field.

8 Full Synthetic Turf Fields with Brand New LED Lights, 4 High School fields, 4 Junior Fields. 6 Batting cages on-site, 2 concession stands, covered dugouts with Bullpens attached at each field.

The event is for the following ages:

13u (D1/Invite) - 54' mound, 80' bases

14u-17u (D1/Invite) - 60' mound, 90' bases

Hotels: 

*Teams traveling to Bullpen Tournaments will book their hotel through our housing partner, Site Search. Grand Park and Championship Park is a Stay-&-Play facility. Housing reservations will not be available until the end of October.
