Tournament Information

Expected Start Times: Games will start Friday evening at 6:00PM

The 2026 Spring Shootout will also feature 3 divisions of youth softball! 10u, 12u, and 14u softball teams will have the chance to compete in this 2-day, 4-game guarantee event on the brand new, all synthetic turf complex at Championship Park in Kokomo, Indiana. Participating teams can expect to play 2 pool play games on Friday/Saturday and compete in a winner-take-all compass bracket on Sunday.

Date: 04/10/2026 - 04/12/2026

Game Guarantee: 4 Games

Tournament Format: 2 Pool play, followed by compass bracket play or a consolation game.

Expected Number of Teams: 32

Gate: * Gate fees are non refundable. Bullpen Tournaments will do everything we can to play all scheduled games.

Gate Prices:

Weekend Pass: $25.00

Discount Weekend Pass: $20.00

Day Pass: $15.00

Discount Day Pass: $12.00

Each team will receive 3 complimentary coach bands. Any coach beyond the allotted three will be required to purchase their own day or tournament pass.

8 Full Synthetic Turf Fields with Brand New LED Lights, 4 High School fields, 4 Junior Fields. 6 Batting cages on-site, 2 concession stands, covered dugouts with Bullpens attached at each field.

The event is for the following ages:

10u - 35' mound, 60' bases

12u - 40' mound, 60' bases

14u - 43' mound, 60' bases

Hotels: 

*Teams traveling to Bullpen Tournaments will book their hotel through our housing partner, Site Search. Grand Park & Championship Park are both a Stay-&-Play facility. Once you have registered, you will need to fill out a hotel request form.
